Combo this card with Deathrender and Yosei, Keiga, Kokusho, and Ryusei the star dragons and this thing becomes so annoying I fold whenever my friend has 6 usable mana and a full graveyard.

Only 2 stars? It's a great card. Especially with token generators. Sacrifice some lousy 1/1 or 0/1 token to get your best guy back. Or sacrifice something you stole for a turn, or that would die anyway, or that you want in your graveyard.
the sacrifice requirement is more of a bonus (if used correctly), but the {1}{B}{B} is a bit too much...

If you have Endrek Sahr and a Phyrexian Altar this card becomes a real powerhouse. Monoblack token sac decks fare very well with this card simply because they never lack for mana or sacrifice outlets.
