I miss Faeries being green. Now they are u/b and very powerful, I even had to build a green faerie hoser deck to fight the little buggers ....arg . " Fritz! Get up Fritz!!...you lousy stinking Faeries you shot Fritz!!!" ---Wizards.

No, this is not amongst the best of Homelands, this is amongst the worst, and is the sort of card that made the whole set bad in the minds of many players.

It's not good. For the cost it should be a solid +1/+1. Especially considering that there aren't really enough green faeries you would want to play with to make it worth your while.

I actually saw some functional green faerie decks back at the time. Fast weenie fliers are hard for many decks to deal with.
