Oh, it deserves at least a 2. Sure, it's got sh*tty power, but it can at least be a decent blocker. Although all those guys with "destroy all cards blocked by this" or deathtouch are miles ahead.

Unfortunately there hasn't been many "really good" minotaurs. Plated Seastrider has shown us that this body costs UU. Why your opponent is blocking or you are attacking with a 1/4 is beyond me. So, in conclusion shallow/underpowered tribe + over costed + irrelevant ability = unexciting card.

This doesn't work on attack. It clearly says when this blocks... Use Valor Made Real or somesuch.

Always had a soft spot for minotaurs. This guy is probably {1} too expensive because they priced it in comparison to Horned Turtle. They don't go by that rule anymore, though. Developers seem to look at the card in its own perspective.
Why would they need to be untapped? Clearly they're not tapped if they're blocking.

I was using this guy in a deck for a while, but I had to swap him out. He never accomplished much on the battlefield and I was reluctant to spend the mana on him. I forget what I replaced him with, might've been one of the cheaper flying drakes, but it was definitely an upgrade.
