Oh thank god this was my rare when I opened my first Homelands booster pack. I was really hoping I wouldn't get something sh*tty...
A very useful card for Homelands, he has many combos, the least of which being sacrifice engine and self bouncer, and he's even not that badly costed P/T wise!
Who needs bureaucrats when you have autocrats!! Could he not have been a Human Advisor or so?

Fine card but you need to use up the serfs before bouncing it. This could be used in a deck with Skullclamp for card draw Carnage Altar, or something like that.

I disagree with the errata'd "Creature- Human type. It should be "Creature- Adviser", implying that while not all of Baron Sengir's autocrats are human, they are all advisers.
