I prefer Gerrard's Battle Cry.

Now, this is outclassed by a lot of other cards, but in EDH where you can only run one copy of each card, it's pretty good for white weenie decks that would be more than willing to pay extra mana for an additional +1/+1 to all their guys.

No doubt had some moderate use long ago. But not really anymore.
