One of the best spiders. Effectively has to be killed twice, barring exile and bounce obviously.

I've PUT Tukatongue Thallid in a devour deck. It doesn't cut it. Devour wants to eat it AND the token, but the rules don't let it. Tukatongue is just a chumpblocker. So is Myr Sire (which unlike these two has applications in an artifact sacrifice deck) Why should I pay 3 (or 2) extra for a card that's just going to end up chumpblocked? (the answer is it can block fliers, but I still don't like this card)

Why have I never known this card before? This would be perfect for my Spider tribal! Anything that spawns a creature(bigger or smaller than it) after it dies floats my boat.
