This is one of those awesome commons that can find it's way into the crappiest beginner's deck yet also be viable in more comptetitive decks with scry 3(!) giving some ridiculous card selection.

A3Kitsune made me realize how much this card needs some kind of flavortext. Too bad that Scry really does need reminder text when it's on a common card though. Even someone who already plays Magic, if they hadn't seen a scry card before, wouldn't know what to do without the reminder.

Would've been more useful if it was a 1/1 flyer with Ponder instead of 1/1 with flying and Scry Three.

I prefer Sea Eagle.
