I think I want new art for this card. I like this art, but I still want new art for it.

Why is this in the deck? Something that can get a creature into the graveyard would make so much more sense.

Agreed. This has had the same art and flavor text since Divine vs Demonic. Something new would have been nice. Let's hope we get it for the next reprint.

I wish they would've reprinted Thoughtseize instead, but then again, I'm glad to not have to pay $60 for my deck.

The people who complain that this isn't thoughtsieze or cabal therapy are nuts.
This is absolutely imbued with black. A great card. A staple of so many black decks through time. The only thing that's better than this in a black deck in my eyes is unmask back when you could still play cards for free with some slight trickery. And you would probably pitch a duress to it anyway.
Duress is a fantastic card. Remember that the next time you are on the giving or receiving end of it in a game.
