A bander that's good both offensively and defensively...awesome!

If banding ever came back this'd be the way to do it.

His abilities are a bit odd but he can be a force.

Mini fire-breathing and reverse fire-breathing on the same card? with banding? in white? what?

question: Is he worth actually trying to learn how banding works? if he is, I will actually do it. The whole art, abilities, and everything reminded me of the beginning of 300.

@DarthParallax: I would say yes, he is. Though I'm already partial to Banding, so I don't know how much you can count on my opinion. But it is a pretty good card, in any case.

If he had just been 2/2... Like any good Knight should be!

Badass art.

That art is gorgeous for it's generation - but it doesn't really suggest 'teamwork' at all. Oh banding, you so crazy.

@Lord_of_Tresserhorn:
He's not mounted. All the other 2/2 (and 2/1) knights are. He's more comparable to Capashen Knight, another pumpable 1/1 knight on foot. That's my headcanon explanation, nevermind other, buffer Humans on foot.

That player can ignore the damage assignment order when making this assignment.
AKA in new magic banding stops trample. My group does not play this way.
More useful if he was a soldier but if you had some of the spendy knight buffing cards he could have a place. Honestly, one of the more useful banding critters.

I'd play him in a retro white soldier deck just for the art! Perfectly represents the flavor of Ice Age. Banding was great for soldiers and Knights flavor-wise: it let them work more effectively as a team and added more strategy to combat, just how playing soldiers should be.
