the one shot accel offsets the annoyance of coming into play tapped, but i wouldn't play it. once isnt enough to justify waiting a turn for a minor boost.

Lands like these are an obvious trade-off, and whether or not it is useful for you should be determined by your personal play preferences.
But there's one problem: they're non-basic, which is almost always a liability, and limits synergy with other cards. Yet you could also argue that they prevent landwalk, so... Whatever. Take it if you like it.
