A lifelinking croc can be very useful to most Magic players. I am a pro and this will be doing a lot of killing for me, for sure.

I feel like they've been a little too liberal with spreading Lifelink around the color pie in Return to Ravnica, but hey, I'm not a pro like Lotsofpoopy so what do I know

Wow, I just did a Gatherer search of Crocodiles (I thought they usually had island or swampwalk) turns out it's the most randomly assorted tribe ever...

Much like a certain "pro," this is a lot of poop. Green has better ways of gaining life, black has better lifelinkers, and this is another crap common from RtR. Goodie.

i'd like it better if it were lifelink and deathtouch. that'd be fair for the mana. it's not like he's getting first strike or anything.

Actually, its activated ability makes a lot of sense: green is the secondary lifegain color, but it doesn't have access to lifelink. It does, however, have the biggest creatures. Now, that's not especially true in the crocodile's case, but green also gets the most and the most efficient pump spells, so lifelink is actually really effective here, since it's based on damage. Congratulations to whoever designed this card.

Amusingly, the Izzet probably did get a shot at using crocodiles back in old Ravnica. Grayscaled Gharial is a blue croc from the older days.

The name is deceiving. Stone, black activation, LIFELINK? Really? Make me pay another black for Deathtouch. I will do that. Also I reported Lotsofpoopy for behavior, so I hope he feels the results.

This guy is just here as a scavenge dump in limited. Not too much value in constructed since there are way better cards for that purpose in standard alone.
