Great in muticolour decks and even better if you've set your deck up before hand to draw just what you want.

Ehhhh... Given that this is always under par until you get to domain, I've always thought this could cost one less.

Being one short of domain, this is still on par with Tidings. At four mana, you'd have an easy Concentrate with three basic lands, and a farily strong four cards for four land types. I think it makes more sense at five mana, given the time frame of it's printing.

A proper Domain deck can easily have 5 basic land types by turn 4 or 5. I've never drawn less than 5 cards with this playing my Domain EDH deck.

Draw five for 5 is great. Even draw four for five is ok. With just one blue mana, it's very easy to cast for domain decks. And in team games, you can also cast it on your partner, to have that guy draw some cards. 4/5

Not a fan of domain, its a very specific deck, and the domain cards dont work outside its cute little deck type. 1.5/5 for being very narrow and requiring a lot of commitment for not that much reward.
