This can equate to a lot of card draw, but only in a deck with a lot of creatures and plays late game. I think that having a lot of cards in your graveyard should be it's own reward.
Also, since this card doesn't have flashback, I am afraid to attempt it in such a deck.

I'd rather it cost more mana baseline, and reduce by 1 mana per creature in graveyard.

This. In EDH. Is. INSANE. That amount of card advantage in EDH will put you in a serious position for victory. Really good card.

Superllama has no concept of Development whatsoever, but I feel I would enjoy a set he was the Lead Designer for. :)
remember Tarmogoyf? remember people actually used to wonder if he was even playable? Turns out graveyards are easier to fill than you might think. You DON'T even need self-mill to make them work.
A-class card, hands down.

Karador doesn't mind drawing his entire deck, then pitching the creatures he cant hold in his hand to the graveyard at end of turn.

This is a strong effect. Period. It isn't for every deck, but it will be brutal in the right. Not for competitive Magic, perhaps.

Draw all the cards!

Potentially devastating, and hey - it's green card draw, which is already rather cool.

This is a solid 3. It will be at its best in decks that have lots of graveyard interaction, but it's not quite so good in other decks.

Potential sleeper? Green could ramp this out to fill your hand at a very opportune moment.
Artistically, it's red on green done right. Very nice, glad they chose it for a wallpaper.

I had to comment on this post, which sadly is one of the higher rated ones.

No. Just no. You are pretending this is ANYTHING like a 2 mana creature that counts the number of cards in both graves.
As it turns out, this card has a bigger prerequisite. A far bigger one.
1) Only your graveyard is looked at with this card. goyf looks at all graves. 2) Only looks a creatures. You can't as easily choose to get a creature in your graveyard as you can an instant, sorcery, land, artifact (one that sac themselves or others) enchantments in various ways (usually ignored for the purposes of goyf) 3) 6 mana. You know the difference between 2 and 6 right?
Name one 6 mana sorcery draw card that is actually usable in play? EDH maybe, yes, but standard? Modern? Extended? Legacy or Vintage? I can't think of one... And of course if they are used... they draw a hell of a lot more than x where x is controllable.

Interesting, but woulda been really good if it costed and had flashback for
Edit: Wow, what was I thinking? I totally underestimated this, but when I played with it, it was really good. This is quite good the way it is (at least for casual/EDH), woulda been broken, and flashback would have been insane unless it was, like, 9 cmc
