Since it states: "Whenever a player pays a kicker cost. . ." and Multi-kicker specifies "pay this kicker cost as many times as you want", I would guess that it's a Saproling for each multi-kicker paid for each spell cast.

Worldwake FAQ does say that yes, it's a saproling for each kick.

So if I have two of these in play and play a wolfbriar elemental for 8, then I get four 2/2 tokens and eight 1/1 tokens. Not bad.
Once had a deck about this card using battlemages and sunken hope, I guess once worldwake reaches mtgo I'll see if I can update it.
Anyway, for two mana this is a fine multiplayer card. For two mana you get normally two 1/1 dorks, so if a single person in a multiplayer game plays a battlemage or multikicker spell, it was already worth it. :)
4/5 :)

It DOES NOT say «Whenever a player pays a kicker cost...»;
It says «Whenever a player kicks a spell,...».
It's been errataed.
But I agree, multikicking generates multile tokens:
Worldwake FAQ: «If a spell has two kicker costs or has multikicker, it may be kicked multiple times...»

Multikicking gets you one token, not multiple... at least online :-/
