I don't get this, can anyone explain it? Do they not untap, and during their untap step instead of untapping them you take off the wind counter?

@Superllama12 Basically, once they tap they get a wind counter. Then, during your next untap phase, instead of untapping them, you remove the counter. Once they have no wind counters they'll untap as normal during the NEXT turn's untap phase...and the cycle repeats.

But the problem with this is that it hits your own creatures as well and green wasn't the one with vigilance.

Essentially slows the game down, with permanents untapping half the time. On its own, just a fun little card for people who like to mess with the game, but abusable with something like Seedborn Muse.
