Seems silly not to play Levitation now though, doesn't it?
Even more, a card like 2010's Sleep is almost certainly superior even if it doesn't technically give your guys evasion or anything.

there was never a good reason to give this card such a huge drawback like cu°mulative upkeep in the first place...it would still have been far from broken and actually seen play then.

The only really good thing about this card is the art. I really like it. Other than that, it's forgettable.

Love the art, love the flavor text, hate the card.
As if blue needed a means of giving all of its creatures flying, being a color that doesn't already feature more flying creatures than all the other colors.

@Technetium: This can also give your opponent's creatures flying. Useful when you are playing something that hurts flying creatures.
