I played it a TON. And man did people hate it when I played it. It isn't strong, but I've always loved drawing cards.

I remember seeing this card in my collection a lot, back in the day. Don't think I ever used it... I Also remember having a ton of Mind Ravels...

Nowadays I would definitely want to use this to cherry tap (look it up on TV Tropes) someone in EDH....
