Similar to Drain Life, though you can also use {R} for pure burn - but it costs {1} more.

Essentially staples a fireball onto a drain life. (Yes, yes, no multiple targeting, but I can count on one hand the number of times I've seen anyone use that on fireball.)
Ice Age had something of and allied-colors boost theme. Off-color activations, rewards for controlling an allied-colored permanent, and in this case something to do with allied mana.
