You guys do know you can enchant an opponent's land with this, and tap it every turn?
Still, it's CC is way too high for this. If only it was 2 or even 3 mana.

@GruesomeGoo:
if you enchant an opponent's land with Barbed Field, you still cannot tap it for one damage. The land gains the ability ({T}:1 damag) so only the land's controller (which is your opponent) can use it.
The card is fun, but a bit overpriced.

A casting cost of 4 is way too high for this kind of effect... and as dissi said... you can't use the ability if it's attached to an opponent's land.

Maybe if it cost {2}{R} or {1}{R}, as is though, no thanks. Not to mention it'd just be annoying to have the land (or the enchantment itself) destroyed.

Should be a land

Expensive, but being able to convert a land into a Tim is pretty hilarious.

Well, it ends up costing to use the ability. Creature pingers normally cost with no mana to activate, but lands are still far more secure then creatures. Yes, this is overpriced by for this effect. 2/5 for that reason.
