@Opant1: Actually, it's an extra {1}.

Furthermore, the damaged opponent gets to choose the card they discard, which makes this muuuuuch worse than Hypnotic Specter.

There have been good Specters in the meantime, but none will ever beat the Hippie. Since it's totally OP.
