What can I say? It's a Ravnica bounceland. Poor players new to the game; welcome to the only dual lands you'll ever own.

Assuming you have a basic land or non-CIPT land, they function just like dual-lands that CIPT since you can tap the bounced land before you drop this, then replay it next turn. Minimal tempo loss.

4.5/5 because there are better dualies, but for the price, you really can't beat this.

ETB tapped AND bouncing a land.... damn.
I guess landfall decks could make some use, but having both of those costs combined is depressing..

Edit: there's also some better land ETB abilities other than landfall, but its a little late for me to go card hunting...

I wish there was a sensible way to instant-speed tutor these bouncelands, to dodge Wasteland with.

The card needs both of these drawbacks in order to make it fair. If it didn't bounce a land, it would be a free rampant growth. If it didn't come into play tapped, it's a free mana because you can tap the land you're going to bounce before you bounce it. (Imagine T2: Tap land from T1, bounce it with this, add 2 more mana, play your 3 drop on T2 with minimal effort).

Like ClockwordSwordfish said, the tempo loss is minimal, and the card is well worth the card advantage and fixing it provides. If you have this in your 2-lander hand, you're pretty safe, because you essentially have 3 lands in hands, while a normal 2-land is usually somewhat risky.
