The art isn't bad... except it is totally out of place on Icy Manipulator. It looks terrible compared to the original art, and makes even less now that the nature of Icy's (cold crystal or metal spheres) has been established.

Print "Bone Crank": exactly the same card, but with a casting cost of 3. It balances for the nerfed ability. Alternatively, make it a Theros artifact and have the artwork resemble a labyrinth.
