Shambling Swarm has four times the flavor and a better effect.

While I may be hesitant to play with Hornet Harasser or Disease Carriers in a Limited setting, I would draft this card fairly early whenever possible simply because of one beautiful word--'may'. It reminds me of Farbog Boneflinger, another card I drafted extensively--and always cursed when seeing my opponent playing it. Clearly, outside of Limited it would be surprising if this saw play, but in Limited it's fairly good removal in a set that has very little.

Narrow, but still good that way.
