Colorless, instant-speed card draw for enabling Miracles on your opponent's turn. In limited, anyway. Constructed players will probably be using Think Twice, being in-color with Ponder.

Considerably more viable than the demon version, because there are some really cheap cc angels and angels do not have drawbacks like most demons do.

Uhm... so it's basically a sorcery speed cycling for two mana, that sometimes might give you two life? Eh... I don't like it. It doesn't give me card advantage, it doesn't deal any damage, get rid of opponents threats, stops opponents combos or anything. It doesn't do anything except sometimes giving me life.

This now makes me think a 60-card Kaalia deck in some older format might be playable...might. Casually speaking. The Angel and Demon controlling riders on these scrolls really do seem to beg you to try them with Kaalia, but I'd want to play more than 2 cards. 8 scrolls for drawing into juice seems like a legit plan though for 60 card decks. yes?

For pretty much all your artifact-cantrip needs a Chromatic Star is going to suit you just fine and also help out with mana-fixing. I suppose in an Angel deck this could find a home, but that'd have to be an 'awful'ly casual Angel deck.

It's a cantrip that also gives you life sometimes. Think Survival Cache, except the other way around.
I keep using this in limited to try to miracle on my opponent's turn. It never seems to work.

Gaining life is terrific, if and only if it doesn't cost you cards. But paying two mana and spending a card to draw a card at sorcery speed with no other effect is worthless, so unless you're rolling heavy on the angels (realistically ~12+ for 20% in a sixty card deck) it's going to be bunk often. At least when it is in fact the bunk, straight-cycle-without-life-gain, the two colorless is a pretty modest cost. shrug 3.5?

Colorless cycling isn't too bad, especially if playing non-Blue. Could also be useful in a metalcraft deck; cheap enough to play to get metalcraft on line, then cycle out at instant speed once you have more useful artifacts on the board.

Not mind-blowing, but not horrendous.
