In the right context? You got that right. This card actually sees tournament play. It's insane in a zoo deck; you just need a couple hundred dollars worth of lands backing it up. With Fetchlands and Shocklands, you can easily tribal flames for 4 on turn 2, 5 on turn 3. With a quick little zoo deck, this is devastating.
