It's not broken. But it's easily recycled 2 mana to draw. Not worth it if you're going to just use it once, but if you can get your artifacts out of the grave, can prove very helpful.

It's an Unsummon that can be tutored up with a Trinket Mage, and I love it.
Also, this ships with Sharuum.
