If you want to have a speed which is 'only' faster than many opponents, but not 'Top Max Red Turbo' speed, with creatures that tend to set up 'to block or not to block?' situations, allowing the game to go on long enough to have one army crash against another army Lord of the Rings-style, then this guys' the dude for you.
drop him and a Chieftain off of Warren Instigator and you've got yourself a nice little army. 4 stars.
