First-pickable card for limited, assuming you don't open any rare/uncommon bombs, of which there are many. Even then, expect this one to go high, and to make many a player want to throw some islands in their non-blue deck.

A really solid card in limited, no doubt. 3/3 and taking another guy along for the ride is great. Managed a win with this exact effect in a draft.
It's always good to see more drakes and with a nice ability like this how can you go wrong.....

3.5 just for being a drake that isn't terrible. I've never minded that drakes are usually a bit over-costed, but they should at least have one solid ability besides flying, IMO. I'd really like to see a reprint of Cerulean Wyvern sometime, though it seems like they don't like protection from *color* as a mechanic in Core anymore.
