This version had different wording from the Revised version and all the previous versions. The Revised version said "loses -2/-1" whereas this one says "gets -2/-1". Some people tried to argue that losing a negative meant the same as getting a positive, so they were using this as an Unholy Strength, for whatever reason.

Thankfully, fourth edition had a good amount of text cleanup.
