Decent for U. Ponder is better.

The card itself isn't bad, but there are too many cards with the same cost but slightly better effect, like Preordain or Ponder, so it won't see much play I think.

Needs new art, otherwise I think it could replace Ponder and Preordain as 'the Core Set Blue SmartyPants Spell'
