This card is a little expensive, but pretty good. Now that we have the likes of Path to Exile and Unmake, there's not much reason to play it, but in a vacuum it's pretty nice. If only it were an instant.

I don't like the flavour of this card; it shows someone giving up his arms, and the card is called "path of peace", yet the card destroys a creature. This should have maybe been an enchantment of some sort.

@BuffJittePlz: The flavor is similar to Swords to Plowshares, where a creature gives up arms and is out of the game. It would fit better if it exiled the creature, and then the 4 CMC wouldn't be as terrible (2 or at least 3 would still be much appreciated). My guess is they went with destroy because it's a starter set.

When I bought the starter product back when I started playing Magic, I played white, but I just didn't understand this card. Why would I want my opponent to gain life? Then again, I did play Bargain, so it just goes to show how much new players overvalue life totals.

The crappy plow. Even Radiant's Judgement could shine more.
