The damage prevention is probably the weakest effect. The 1/1 tokens is pretty decent, and the nonbasic land destruction is pretty nice.

The three saprolings is quite nice, as is the non-basic land destruction, especially together, as the land destruction isn't something you'll need every game. The damage prevention, while not targeted, is a bit weak, but again, I like the effect on a card that has multiple uses, it can save you in a pinch. Overall, a decent charm.

The damage prevention is the strongest effect imo, at least taken in isolation. If your opponent hits tries to hit your tokens with a pyroclasm, you're going to be glad you saved this for that. If your opponent is counting your potential attackers and then swings with a big trampler to make sure he kills you this turn, nix the trampler's damage with this and then swing with all your stuff next turn for a potential win.

I need everyone to pretend Denis Leary is reading this to you.
3 1/1 for 3cmc in a color scheme that has Titanic Ultimatum. What idiot would ever want to build a deck around that...
Nuking your opponents Tolarian Academy. That is just a terrible idea...
One time use Circle of Protection: that your opponent can not see under normal circumstances. Stopping a killing blow. What kind of a moron would do that...
The best ability of this card is "choose one"! Get it right people!
