as mentioned, merely limited fodder. this, like all the other replicas, will see no constructed play.

I played in a pre-release tourny yesterday and had a question about preventing damage from creatures with infect. No damage? No counters? Right? I'm not sure.

Worst one of cycle, but still acceptable in limited.

Good art on a poor card.

Dunno about that one. Sylvok and Moriok replicas are both constructed viable cards.

That's correct Feebit. No damage = no poison counter vs infect. For a turn at least. Preferably, the turn during which your opponent uses combat tricks to buff the infect creature you could not block (or at least it could prevent him from casting them until the replica is gone).

It can also serve to gain a turn against a huge attacking creature such as, the Myr Battlesphere.

Perhaps it could serve in a deck using Luminarch Ascension though?

Far and away the weakest of the new replicas, though I guess it's not the worst as an artifact Gray Ogre.

never see constructed play Indeed- i happily run one in my B/W 'Phyrexia Redeemed deck, Norn's Annex playset, Chancellor of The Annex playset, Elesh Norn, Sheoldred. and this little baby saves me everytime i somehow manage a dead draw hand..i wouldnt replace it for the world
