Its a hippo with great art. The thing about magic, is that if you like a card, you can use that card. No one can keep you from doing so. Ok, so maybe the DCI is going to say "hey wait a minute, wtf man that thing isnt Standard legal" well you can tell them to go shove a brick in it.
