Simic wants this land. Faeries love it here. Elves get to frolic with merfolk whenever they visit. Dryads come here and wish Magic had nymphs (mayby one day... 'marid' is a creature type Magic has used and could fit nymph creatures). Azusa and Meloku had their honeymoon here.
I notice this card is the only dual land which rounds to 4.5 instead of 5...
My guess is that Blue and Green have completely different winning philosphies and playing styles, and thus those are the least likely colors to work together (control vs. aggro).
