Horsemanship is a nice addition to the "specter" creature format but even though this is essentially unblockable, Hypnotic Specter and Shimian Specter are still better. The former is cheaper and has random discard, the latter is the same cost, but exiles copies.

I would like to point out that Wei Night Raiders, unlike Shimian Spectre, does not need to deal combat damage to an opponent, so stuff like Power of Fire enables noncombat discard. (Also works with Hypnotic Specter.)
