It's a two-point Howl from Beyond with a slow-trip. Not the best I suppose, but black doesn't have a ton in the way of instant-speed creature boost out there. That being said, there are definitely better.

Well look, it lets you trade up an obsolete weenie or deal 2 damage to the dome without costing a card. It's not flashy or spectacular, but it gets the job done.
