Even with Training Grounds this isn't that great, without it its nearly worthless until very very late game when the victor has already essentially been determined.

I can't help but love this art- the badass medic riding that strange beast- the copyright-defying "Red Cross" symbol (yes, that is copyrighted. All the video games that use it are doing so in spite of the legal implications), the sense of motion. The card is not too horrible, though the lack of power hurts its. Still, in limited, this could totally save your buns.
