He's a bit expensive, but the ability to freely pop for two damage at any time is quite strong.

I agree with both Kryptnyt and Ideatog.

I wonder if I can get an "altered art" version with either Star Wars Stormtroopers or the Decepticon Battlechargers (both Shock Troopers) Runamuck and Runabout. (I'd probably have the DCI shaking their fingers at me if I had terrorism printed over heroism though.)

I love fact that they have a literal Shock ability. With damage no longer on the stack, this is not nearly as potent as it once was, but is still a far from terrible card in Limited.
