This card is probably just a two star, like its a Coral Merfolk, but the flavor pushes it to a 2.5, which it might be anyway comparing it to a "regular" two mana red creature.

good for a antigoblin card, but really how often are you gonna play agaisnt goblins. Not really worth the sideboard, and there is much better two drops out there
