Green is normally not capable to deal direct damage, as such, green cards which allow you to do so are always worth a look. For people who love Thallid decks, and have plenty of Fungal Blooms in their deck, this might be worth adding. Also, with Fungal Bloom, this is one of greens ways to kill each and every player and creature at instant speed, in case you build up an unlimited mana combo. Slapped randomly in any deck though, it's a bad card.
