Strangely has nothing in common with Order of the Ebon Hand.

@Weretarrasque: Where do you think all that that Order of the Ebon Hand uses comes from?

The ability is narrow, but not too much so, and it's the kind of narrow that applies to what you're running, which just means you have to pay attention during deckbuilding rather than getting lucky on what your opponent is running. It's a 1/1 for 1 that does a decent job of mana fixing, if only one way. Obviously not to be used in {B}{G}, where you have much better options, but there are other colors to pair with. It only explodes if you're going hog wild to wash everything for a Drain Life.

I really like the art by Liz Danforth here. I don't really understand what's going on in the picture and that is what intrigues me.
