Well, I'll be. I designed an equipment card that had the exact same effects, only to be told that Carapace had done it already. (Reactive Armor, cost 0 equip 1)

Carapace is a good card because it pretty much allows you to have a creature with an extra 0/2 and a free regeneration but then goes back to normal.

Gatherer doesn't have the alternate art, so I will describe it: A lady with long red hair is wearing similar armor. There's kind of a weird elongated skeletal arm wrapped around her head. Her arms and shoulders are basically unprotected, I guess because she only has +0/+2.
