Why? It already costs a lot to bring out. Maybe if the CMC was 1 or 2...

Woah, woah. This guy ends the game in 4 turns. Don't go messing around with CMC 1. 4 or 5 seems about right for the situation.

Pretty ok as a muscle in discard decks.

Lets see here:
5/6 splashable FLYER for a decent cost...
Ability helps in many deck types (discard, mill, underworld dreams)
Looks awesome!
All together, not that bad at all- perhaps an uncommon at the very least.

I remember building a pretty sweet drawgo deck with this guy. I didn't have Mahamoti Djinn at the time, and being able to counter everything meant I didn't care if they drew cards. I love the idea of a reverse ophidian, but it could probably be used as a significant drawback now.

I'd rather play Keiga

Great card. 5/6 flying for 6 is great, and the bonus effect is helpful for mill decks and underworld dream. However, i must point out the obvious weakness; in allowing your opponent additional draws, you increase your opponent's odds of drawing a burn, or counter to the creature.
In terms of the flavor, who is "she"? is the very male-like blue spirit thing supposed to be a she, or a random spectator whom was conveniently was assisted by a spirit?

"She" is the person that the spirit is coming to kill.
In case anyone else was wondering: "sibilant" (as an adjective) - hissing or whistling; having, containing, or producing the sound of the s or sh in sash So the definition is right in the flavor text. I imagine that both his ribbons and his voice are hissing in quality 0.0
