its a 4/3 with evasion for 4 in colorless from a time in magic when such a power level was unheard of. Yet its rated low enough to be among the worst of all time... something is going wrong here!

This card was printed back in the day when Juggernaught was considered too powerful, so it's really not that bad. It lacks quite the same punch, but still has some evasion and can block if needed. Considering how many worse artifact creatures have been created over the years, this fella still is decent.
