Looks like a fun finisher in a Scapeshift + Valakut deck with Prismatic Omen. But in the end the two-sided burn spells in this set are depressingly frightening to use.

dont need 10, 4 and you get a decent card 5-6 and its a good card. allows a burn deck to run a little disruption/draw instead of putting everything into the bet that he will draw all 4 lightning bolt in first 3-4 turns.
