This seems to be overcosted CHaff to me. D'Avenant Archer is this card plus 1 toughness minus exhalted AND the W to ping.
I feel like +1 to the butt of this dude would do wonders for its playability. The only person who wll run this is the guy who puts 1 of every exalted guy in a deck and shuffles...and drafters.

Yes, this being uncommon confuses me. Is it meant to show how weak blue's creatures should be? Still, if you're going exalted in limited, it has its uses. I love the art though.

it isnt that bad in exalted esp since if the person blocks with a 1/1, then she'll take it down

I agree with Shoe2: just +1 toughness would make this exponentially more playable. Especially since you have to pay W & tap to play its ability to begin with, 2U is pretty expensive, IMHO.

I said I would make a deck with x4 of any card I randomed into.
At least shes got exalted, and can hold back token swarms, gets nasty with multiples. Easy.
