4/1/2008 Because the ability isn't targeted, the controller of the destroyed land may attach it to a land that can't be the target of abilities.

Even though it's an aura... the only type of enchantment that targets.... yes... of course....

Also, 4/1/2008 The controller of the destroyed land must attach it to another land if possible. If there are no valid choices, Kudzu is simply put into the graveyard. (emphasis my own)
Even though the card specifically says "may place it on another land" ..... yes... of course....

If you played this in Kamigawa, they'd just turn into starch and make expensive gluten-free desserts out of it.
