This card is being underrated (unless it is downvoted because it is unfair). This thing will generate an insane amount of card advantage against a normal mono-black deck. They have to fall behind in card advantage to kill any of your creatures, any trade in combat becomes a 2 for 1, and if they should discard cards or sacrifice things for any reason, you draw a card. And since it's an enchantment, the only way they can deal with it is by a first turn duress or something similar.

The most environmentally conscious card. Combos with Mother Earth. My only question is, if it's so green, why doesn't it have cycling?

@Flavros: Sounds wicked, except that Guiltfeeder relies on fear to get through and this combo requires turning every card black. You'd better have a ton of creature removal or a Whispersilk Cloak in the half-a-deck you just drew :P

This could be good (in casual, at least) in a mill deck splashed with green, although being new to the game I don't know if anyone would actually do this.
3/5 for overall effectiveness
4.5/5 in the right situation
I gave it 4/5

Green normally has a small disadvantage when it comes to drawing cards, so for a card like this to cost only 1G, that is quite a deal.
