dies to doom bla... ugh well then wrath of... =/ well ****. Good thing it is still only a 3/2 flying for 4. Totally worth keeping around if an opponets only flyer-control is instants, and a game winner in that circumstance.

This can be used with Lorwyn's Clash mechanic to guarantee a statistical advantage. In addition, i'm sure people can think of other circumstances that would benefit from knowing what's on top of your library.

It could be useful to counter being hit with Jace, the Mind Sculpter's ultimate. By repeatedly returning it to your library before the beginning of your next draw phase, you can avoid being milled.
Actually, this is a pretty good answer to milling in general, but I'm sure there is a more practical application then that. Like how Plague Sliver is not just a counter to sliver decks.
